Courtney is a recent boomerang back to Adobe. During her first stint at Adobe, she built a design team from the ground up focused on the developer ecosystem. She then went on to lead data platform design at Amplitude. In her design work, she thrives on navigating complex problems across silos and feels most comfortable in front of a whiteboard with a handful of sticky notes. Outside of work, she stays creative by playing piano and making art with her kids.
