Shrut Kirti leads cross-functional research shaping human-centered AI ecosystem experiences. She examines how people perceive, direct, and collaborate with intelligent systems across social, behavioral, cognitive, organizational, and governance dimensions. Her work focuses on mental models, trust, and interaction paradigms as AI evolves from tool to collaborator, translating these insights into scalable, coherent frameworks for real-world impact. Outside of her research, she advocates for inclusion and accessibility, mentors mid-career UX researchers, and supports emerging research teams worldwide.
