Sr Staff Product Designer, Monetization Growth
The opportunity
We’re looking for a Sr Staff Product Designer to shape monetization and growth experiences throughout Adobe. This role focuses on how millions of users discover and access powerful creative and generative AI capabilities across Adobe surfaces.
You’ll work on high-impact initiatives across in-app commerce, account and admin experiences, subscription management, and monetizing AI capabilities, helping translate product innovation into scalable business models while maintaining Adobe’s high bar for build quality, craft, and accessibility — all while enabling teams to iterate, learn, and grow.
If you love experimenting with new technologies and you're curious about how AI can expand creativity, this might be your next challenge!
What you’ll do
You’ll help define interaction patterns for monetizing generative AI, shaping how capabilities like generations, credits, usage tiers, and premium AI features are introduced and experienced — all while upholding Adobe’s standards for usability, quality, and accessibility.
Collaborating directly with growth product managers and engineers, you’ll prototype and refine new experiences that make creative workflows faster and smarter. This may include crafting internal tools that support creative teams or exploring new ways for users to engage with AI-powered capabilities within creative workflows — helping shape how those capabilities translate into product value and monetization.
Above all, you bring curiosity about emerging generative technologies and how they reshape product experiences, pricing models, and value exchange. You experiment, iterate, and learn through building, using prototypes as thinking tools to evolve concepts through feedback and exploration.
What you need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience designing high-quality product experiences for complex digital products.
- Experience designing growth or monetization experiences within large-scale product ecosystems.
- Strong design craft with a systems mentality and fluency in scalable automation.
- Hands-on skill with prototyping tools (Figma, code, or low-fi mockups).
- Experience crafting experiments and iterative improvements informed by user behavior, product metrics, and A/B testing.
- Strong collaboration skills working closely with product managers, product designers, content designers, engineers, and data science partners.
- Passion for accessibility, scalability, and inclusive design principles.
- Strong proficiency in prototyping, storytelling, and communicating rationale to influence partners and leadership.
Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
- Accessibility certifications for CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
