Sr Product Designer, Genuine

The opportunity

The Adobe Genuine Service team is responsible for crafting the strategies, building the products and driving the go-to-market motions that prevent and recover users that abuse Adobe licenses. This role will be part of the design team that develops new use cases and optimizes all customer touchpoints.

You will work hand in hand with design, content, go-to-market (GTM), data science, data and product engineering teams to deliver experiences that protect our customers and Adobe’s brand. Your contribution to a collaborative work environment is key to the team's success!

What you’ll do

You’ll define experiences that scale across all Adobe products and prioritize protecting our customers — all while upholding Adobe’s standards for usability, quality, and accessibility. You'll craft experiences that touch desktop, web, and mobile.

You bring curiosity to solving new problems and love to experiment, iterate, and learn through input and discovery.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including content, product management, engineering, and data teams—to design experiments, test hypotheses, and scale our experiences.

You’ll help ensure that product value is communicated clearly and that users can easily discover and adopt new capabilities. You’ll connect business strategy, product value, and design execution, translating business objectives into elegant, user-centered experiences.
