Product Designer, Audiences & Activation
The opportunity
At Adobe, we are building the future of segmentation and personalization to help enterprise customers understand and reach the people who matter most to their business. Our Audiences team works at the intersection of data, AI, and experience design, taking on complex workflows at an exceptional scale.
As a Product Designer, you will develop how AI integrates into enterprise products used by millions. From day one, your contributions will be visible and recognized by leadership. This role offers you the chance to grow your skills in AI product design and establish new patterns across the product area. You will build a technically complex and human-centered portfolio.
What you’ll do
- Build high-quality, accessible experiences from early concept through production-ready specifications, applying design system principles with confidence and knowing when to challenge existing patterns.
- Build interactive prototypes — including AI-assisted and code-based prototypes — to explore ideas, surface edge cases, and directly shape what gets built.
- Test machine learning features with real user scenarios in mind, using prototype findings to influence product scope before engineering begins.
- Connect with customers to learn how they use the product and share those insights with your team.
- Craft clear narratives around your creative decisions — using visuals, prototypes, and structured storytelling to build understanding and confidence with partners and leadership.
- Establish new interaction patterns that strengthen consistency and quality across the Audiences product area and aid shared libraries.
What you need to succeed
Must-haves:
- 3+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows strong visual craft and clear storytelling capabilities.
- Experience building interactive mockups and vibe-coded experiments to validate real assumptions.
- Experience crafting simple, intuitive experiences powered by complex data.
- Proficiency in Figma and comfort experimenting with evolving AI tools.
- Strong storytelling skills — able to structure and present work in a way that drives decisions, not just discussions.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience crafting products that incorporate AI-generated outputs or intelligent, model-based features.
- Familiarity with data visualization, segmentation, or analytics products.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
- Equivalent practical experience in design, HCI, or a related field in place of a formal degree.
Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
- Accessibility certifications for CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
