The opportunity

Join Studio, Adobe’s in-house creative agency, where creativity, culture, and business strategy converge. Studio delivers high-visibility, global work across brand platforms, flagship campaigns, keynotes, product launches, films, and culturally resonant digital experiences.

As Director of Production, you will work in close partnership with the VP of Creative to shape how the Studio operates, ensuring creative vision is translated into execution with clarity, speed, and excellence. You will lead the execution engine of Studio driving how complex, multi-disciplinary creative work comes to life at scale. You will shape how ideas move from concept to execution, ensuring that creative ambition is realized through strong planning, clear processes, and exceptional production craft.

Operating at the intersection of creativity, execution, and business, you will elevate production as a strategic capability, building a model that supports both scale and creative excellence in an AI-native world. Working in close partnership with the Content Operations team, you will operate within shared systems and workflows while ensuring they translate effectively into high-quality creative output. You will play a critical role in defining how Studio works, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to the creative process without compromising speed or innovation.

Partnering closely with Creative, Strategy, and cross-functional leaders, you will align teams, manage complexity, and ensure that bold ideas are delivered seamlessly across every touchpoint.

You will bring clarity to ambiguity, drive accountability across stakeholders, and elevate production as a strategic capability within Studio. You will also redefine how creative work is produced in the AI era, embedding intelligent workflows that unlock both efficiency and entirely new forms of creative output.
