Creative Director, AI & Innovation

The opportunity

Join Studio, Adobe’s in-house creative agency, where creativity, culture, and business strategy converge. Studio delivers high-visibility, global work across brand platforms, flagship campaigns, keynotes, product launches, films, and culturally resonant digital experiences.

As Creative Director, AI & Innovation, you represent a new breed of creative leader—equal parts concept-driven, digitally fluent, and AI-native. You will operate across Adobe’s portfolio, shaping ideas, building content, and elevating creative output in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

This is a hands-on role for a maker as much as a leader. You will develop and execute ideas across formats from brand storytelling to social content to product narratives bringing a strong point of view on craft, culture, and emerging creative tools.

You will play a critical role in defining how AI shows up in the work not just as a tool, but as a creative medium exploring new forms of storytelling, speed, and scale.

You will work in close partnership with the VP of Creative, Strategy, and Production leadership to bring ideas to life, helping shape both the work and how it gets made. This role is critical to building an AI-native creative model helping define not just the work we make, but how we make it.
