Sr Visual Designer, Firefly Content
The opportunity
The Firefly Content team is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to set and champion the vision for creative accelerant content across Firefly product surfaces. This role shapes aesthetic direction, defines the systems that scale it, and drives the quality bar across the team's output — for a designer who leads through the work as much as through influence.
What you’ll do
- Set and steward the visual direction for templates, demo assets, and quick action content that inspire users and lower the barrier to creation.
- Define the visual language, design standards, and creative frameworks that guide output across high volumes of deliverables.
- Create guidelines that enable internal and external contributors to produce on-brand content efficiently.
- Use Firefly as a primary production instrument, writing and refining prompts for intentional, high-quality visual outputs.
- Identify emerging tools and techniques that raise output quality and team velocity; co-define AI-powered production workflows that accelerate ideation and delivery.
- Guide and give feedback to other designers on the team, raising the quality bar and helping others grow.
- Partner with UX, product, research, and marketing to align art direction with product goals.
- Direct motion, video, and production partners — setting the creative standard and ensuring outputs land with craft and cohesion.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of visual design experience with a track record of setting art direction on complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers, with the ability to give clear, elevating creative feedback
- A portfolio demonstrating advanced craft, a strong point of view, and experience leading visual direction on digital product surfaces
- Proven ability to define and scale design systems, visual frameworks, or content production workflows
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, including writing and refining prompts
