Sr Creative Content Producer
The opportunity
We create the in-product engagement content that lives across Firefly surfaces, including templates, presets, onboarding, feature awareness, and kickstart content, to help users discover capabilities, learn new workflows, and build with confidence. Our work spans the end-to-end user journey, turning product features into engaging experiences that drive adoption and creative success.
We’re seeking a Sr. Content Producer to join our team and help shape how users discover, adopt, and succeed with Adobe’s generative AI experiences. In this role, you’ll orchestrate content production across multiple workstreams, lead content development at scale, and ensure teams have the context, processes, and support necessary to move quickly without sacrificing quality. Because this work sits at the intersection of AI, content, and product, success requires comfort with ambiguity, strong operational leadership, and a perspective on how new technologies are transforming content creation and delivery.
We’re looking for someone who is excited by the possibilities of AI, keeps pace with emerging generative technologies, and can drive content production for rapidly evolving AI-powered experiences.
What you’ll do
- Integrate an AI-first approach into content production workflows—identifying opportunities to use AI tools, streamline processes, and enable rapid iteration for emerging generative experiences.
- Partner with product, design and content leads to plan against the roadmap and business priorities.
- Manage content development involving multiple Firefly squads and workstreams and guide the content production process, from intake through review and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with our design team and agency partners to produce outstanding in-product learning content for generative tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners, and keep them informed.
- Build and document systems and clear process standards.
What you need to succeed
- 8-10+ years of experience as a producer or program manager driving creative deliverables, ideally in a fast-paced product or technology environment.
- Real passion for content and an in-depth knowledge of the content build and production process.
- Proficiency in both languages, creative craft and business priority, with a track record of translating between partners and creative teams.
- A fluid understanding of project management and risk management, and the instinct to anticipate problems rather than report them.
- Extensive experience delivering content at scale and working across different functions and regions.
- Experience working on high-visibility projects with multiple collaborators and teams.
- Strong interest in AI-driven products and emerging technologies, with a curiosity for how generative AI shapes user experiences. Experience working with AI-focused teams or products is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to guide in a setting of uncertainty and a wide variety of collaborators.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle simultaneous and intricate projects and priorities that have overlapping deadlines.
- A bias toward action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
