Sr Product Design Manager

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Design Manager to shape monetization growth experiences throughout Adobe. This role focuses on how millions of users discover and access powerful creative and generative AI capabilities across Adobe surfaces on desktop, web, and mobile products.

You’ll lead a team of growth designers that work on high-impact initiatives across in-app commerce, account and admin experiences, subscription management, and monetizing AI capabilities, helping translate product innovation into scalable business models while maintaining Adobe’s high bar for quality, craft, and accessibility — all while enabling teams to iterate, learn, and grow.

What you’ll do

Set a high bar for design excellence, from strategic vision to execution, while leading day-to-day team operations to consistently deliver high-quality work.

Identify new business opportunities and translate strategy into action, shaping roadmaps and long-term investments. Bring clarity to ambiguity by connecting insights, aligning teams, and prioritizing high-impact initiatives. Drive innovation through growth experimentation, evolving systems that support product adoption and revenue growth.

Build a collaborative, trust-based culture that strengthens cross-functional partnerships and aligns teams around key experiences. Communicate work with clarity and impact to partners and senior leadership. Hire, mentor, and grow top talent while advancing how design operates in the AI era.

What you need to succeed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,700 -- $272,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
