Sr Product Designer, Document Cloud
The opportunity
Adobe Design is hiring a Product Designer for our Document Cloud team to work on an exciting, fast-paced initiative in the education space. You'll join a multidisciplinary team designing creative tools that empower teachers and students worldwide.
You'll shape products like Adobe Acrobat, Express, Sign, and Scan, used by 700M+ monthly active users across platforms. Help us design the future of documents.

What you’ll do
- Apply a growth mindset to experiments across acquisition, monetization, and engagement in the education space
- Translate user needs into scalable design solutions that reach real classrooms
- Advocate for the user by uncovering insights from feedback, research, and analytics to inform design decisions for education and learning experiences
- Define strategy and vision for AI-first products, designing intuitive GenAI experiences that deliver step-change improvements in user workflows
- Explore ideas through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ship new products
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of shipping successful products
- Passion for solving complex design and technology problems through systems thinking
- History of close collaboration with design, product, engineering, and users from ideation to launch
- Ability to integrate data, analytics, and user research to craft and validate solutions with measurable impact on user and business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex problem spaces and design strategy to stakeholders at all levels
- Skill in facilitating brainstorms, building compelling presentations, and pitching concepts to drive creative thinking
- Ability to collaborate and inform open-ended design projects that may be ambiguous or ill-defined in their early stages
- Deep expertise across design methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping
