Staff Product Designer, Workfront AI
The opportunity
Adobe Design team is looking for a Staff Product Designer to build AI-native and collaborative strategic ideation experiences. This role is part of a team that is shaping how enterprise marketing teams ideate and plan for campaigns using unstructured and structured data and insights from various sources, collaboratively on complex marketing planning. This is a senior position with strong product sense, solid understanding of enterprise platforms, and ability to influence in highly cross‑functional environments. You are action-oriented and results-driven, moving efficiently from strategy to concept to execution, grounding decisions in both qualitative and quantitative insights, and iterating quickly to improve impact.
What you’ll do
- Simplify. Translate complex user needs into practical design solutions that are grounded in user research and data.
- Collaborate. Work closely with product and engineering partners, driving alignment through designs, workshops, and clear communication.
- Prototype. Bring ideas to life. Visualize and articulate proposed solutions with the latest tools like Claude, Cursor, Figma, and experiment with emerging tools.
- Influence. Demonstrate thought leadership through collaboration and workshops with engineering, product, and design leadership.
- Growth Mindset. Stay curious, informed, and adaptable in the ever-changing landscape of AI and new technologies. Proactively seek opportunities to mentor and receive feedback.

What you need to succeed
- A relevant degree and 8+ years of equivalent experience in product design, with a proven track record of success delivering designs that meet user and business needs.
- Exceptional visual, interaction, and prototyping design skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or other AI-powered design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive close collaboration and alignment between design, product management, and engineering.
- Creative and analytical skills to facilitate research, synthesize, and communicate insights that inspire design opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences and levels of the organization.
Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
- Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $274,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
