Sr Video Producer
The opportunity
The Adobe Brand Studio is the in-house creative and marketing studio for the Global Marketing Organization at Adobe, and we’re looking for a Senior Video Producer to join the team!
We work on a wide range of video formats including live action, animation, mixed media, scripted, documentary, sizzle reels, stingers, and social media, and we build content for use in a variety of surfaces including Adobe.com, campaigns, broadcast, social, performance media, events and more.
This role reports to the Managing Video Producer and Executive Director of Video, Brand Studio.
What you’ll do
- Produce video content for Adobe products and Corporate Brand, managing end-to-end projects in a highly creative and fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with creative teams to complete the creative approach, ensuring concepts are achievable within budget and schedule.
- Work with external agency partners to implement and serve as primary contact for everything video related -- including planning, creative, budget, schedule, reviews, and approvals.
- Manage talent search, asset creation, and licensing.
- Educate collaborators and agencies on process and guidelines for video projects.
- Vet, manage, and prioritize feedback from multiple collaborators as projects develop. Identify issues and implement solutions to resolve them.
- Managing production of vendors and agencies, including negotiating rates and authoring statements of work.
- Lead licensing, rights management, and other business affairs responsibilities.
- Manage and coordinate delivery of all video deliverables while maintaining and advocating for quality and consistency.
- Use Adobe Workfront, Frame.io, and other tools to manage workflows, approvals, and collaboration.
What you need to succeed
- 8+ years of experience producing marketing content, storytelling in broadcast, social, and campaign content across video and digital platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly creative environment, think strategically, and define complex programs with multiple work streams.
- Ability to complete and manage multiple projects within timelines, across multiple collaborators, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Strong leadership and executive presence with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Experience working as an agency producer and on the ‘brand’ side, directly with production & post-production companies.
- Very strong organizational practices & habits. Able to manage complex projects, deliverables, and timelines.
- Video production & post-production expertise: Strong understanding of production process, production roles, production budgets, post-production including editorial & animation pipelines, and film gear & tech.
- Strong creative chops and experience, across a breadth of video types – animation, live action, advertising, social, and more.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills. Work with CD’s to realize the creative concept & vision, while keeping project aligned to practical drivers like budget, schedule, available resources, prioritization.
- Solid grasp of products, and strong attention to detail regarding product accuracy.
- Good understanding of company organization. Know where to get answers when needed.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $94,900 -- $209,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $144,800 - $209,600
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
