Content Strategist, JAPAC | Contractor

The opportunity

The Adobe Express content design team is looking for dot-connecting, team and workplace culture obsessed content strategist who will foster communication, growth, standardization, and excellence across our JAPAC content strategy.

You should be an expert in the JAPAC region, including Australia, and have a passion for seeing regional content excel. You’re a creative person who also has a skill for process, change management, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all JAPAC partnership, campaign, engagement, and Creator Learn content– and ensure that guidelines are followed.
• Develop JAPAC content strategy partnership, campaign, engagement, and Creator Learn content and ensure that content is consistent across all delivery platforms.
• Oversee creation for all JAPAC partnership, campaign, and engagement content.
• Write copy for all partnership, campaign, and engagement content including templates, in app messaging, Braze, push notifications, Growth tests, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (management, legal, campaign, marketing, growth, engineering, content, etc.) to implement these strategies.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness and results of marketing / partnership campaigns and recommend ways to improve future content performance.
• Work with analytics teams and Product Led Growth to analyze and calculate all content ROI and result metrics.
• Partner with PM and eng teams to get on product roadmaps for new content.
• Creating and managing relationships with external content creators and influencers for Creator Learn program and international campaign partnerships.
• Content management of templates for all campaigns, partnerships, and engagement related content.

What you’ll bring to the team

As the JAPAC Content Strategist, you will balance your creative and analytical sides to produce worldclass content to help attract new users to Adobe Express, as well as inspiriting existing users to do more in the app.

• Expertise in JAPAC content trends, consumption habits, and metrics.
• Nice to have: Fluency in Korean, Japanese, or Hindi
• Excellent English written and verbal skills
• Interest in lightweight content creation apps.
• 3+ years of proven experience implementing content strategy.
• Excellent communicator of content strategy and industry trends for JAPAC.
• Experience working with internal teams, multiple stakeholders, contractors, agencies, and vendor partners.
• Able to manage multiple, high-visibility, high-impact, large-scale projects at the same time.
• Champion for the tone and voice of the customer, and trends that are specific to JAPAC.
• A deep understanding of the nuances of culture, language, design standards and trends in JAPAC.
• A strong portfolio that highlights your content strategy work.
• A degree in a UX/graphic design-related field, content-first product experience, or comparable work experience.
