Sr Content Strategist

The opportunity

The Adobe Design Content Strategy (ADCS) team—a mighty group of content strategists, content designers, and UX writers focused on in-product user experience – is looking for a Senior Content Strategist to join the team!

We use our expertise in language and communication to shape experiences across Adobe products and services. Our work ranges from content strategy and in-product, UX writing to developing standards and guidelines for Spectrum, our design system, and beyond.

This role reports into the Director of Content Strategy in Adobe Design, and is an individual contributor role with opportunities to mentor people and lead initiatives.

Please note: this is not a content marketing or advertising copywriting role.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll embed with the Document Cloud team, which focuses on document management products like PDF and Acrobat. We’re at an exciting inflection point, especially as we embark on a future with AI and chatbots and further integrations with Adobe Express and other products.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 -- $214,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
