Staff Content Strategist, GenStudio
The opportunity
The Adobe Design Content Strategy (ADCS) team is looking for a Staff UX Content Strategist to join the GenStudio team. GenStudio helps enterprise marketers create, adapt, and activate on-brand content at scale using generative AI.
As the lead content strategist for GenStudio, you’ll set the voice, tone, and conversation patterns that bring clarity and trust to AI-driven workflows. You’ll work side by side with product, engineering, A/ML, and design partners to shape how complex use cases unfold—designing the frameworks, flows, and reusable patterns that make AI-generated marketing content cohesive, inclusive, and enterprise-ready.
At the same time, this role is deeply hands-on. You’ll craft interaction patterns, guidance for when things don’t go as expected, and governance models that help marketers collaborate effectively with generative AI. By grounding ambitious ideas in scalable systems, you’ll ensure experiences feel human, useful, and confidence-inspiring—while helping Adobe expand beyond its traditional creative tools into new territory for enterprise marketing.
Important note: This is not a content marketing or advertising copywriting role.
What you’ll do
- Define and drive the UX content strategy vision for GenStudio, moving from ambiguity to clarity to detailed flows, components, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Design, product, marketing, and engineering partners to connect technical opportunities with user needs and deliver innovative experiences.
- Shape voice, tone, and conversation patterns, building scalable systems (frameworks, reusable components, prompt libraries) that keep AI-generated content clear, consistent, and on-brand.
- Design guidance and recovery patterns that help users stay on track when AI-driven experiences don’t go as expected.
- Influence and align teams through clear storytelling, prototypes, and content artifacts, presenting effectively to senior stakeholders and executives with strong storytelling and influence skills.
- Contribute to GenStudio’s culture by mentoring peers, helping grow the design team, and bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering and other technical partners, ensuring generated content reflects brand voice, inclusivity, and enterprise marketing needs.

- Strong storytelling, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable frameworks and workflows for complex, enterprise products.
- Experience (and excitement!) working in early-stage, evolving product spaces, bringing flexibility, resilience, and optimism when priorities shift or strategies pivot. You embrace change as part of the process, evangelize the value of content strategy, and help foster a culture of adaptability and momentum.
- Ability to operate at multiple altitudes—from shaping high-level strategy to doing hands-on work when needed.
- Passion for inclusive, accessible design and a commitment to clarity and user trust.
- Ability to contribute to the creative spirit of the Adobe Design team.
