Director, Design Ops Program Management

The opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Director of Design Operations to join our design organization; a centralized, multidisciplinary team of 700+ persons, spanning 30+ locations and working across 100+ products. We’re looking for a leader to accelerate the scaling our business and evolve how we engage as part of the product life cycle. In this role you will be a key partner to our senior design leader for Digital Experience (DX). This is a highly influential role across the organization and requires someone with a true passion for business strategy and operations, and flawless execution of strategic objectives.

This individual will define and run programs that drive strategic alignment across functions. As a partner to design leadership they will advise and influence how and where we invest, and additionally how we organize. They will be visible across the business in their communications, leading in a transparent manner. They will partner and be an exemplar across our operations team for evolving best practices. They will drive optimization of our organization to align the best people, with the necessary skills, to be able to contribute at the right time and deliver the best experiences for users.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $160,200 -- $312,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
