Sr Design Program Manager
The opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Design Program Manager to partner with the Adobe.com design leadership team to help build the best user experiences on Adobe's marketing sites. You will join a group of designers and design program managers across the Ecosystem & Collaboration design org that focuses broadly across Adobe’s Marketing Sites and Home surfaces.
What you’ll do
Lead and optimize design operations across Adobe’s Marketing Sites by driving scalable systems, processes, and programs. You’ll guide team-level workflows and lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate execution and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Standardize core operational frameworks across design workstreams: briefs, project management, resourcing, and tracking
- Partner with fellow program managers to ensure consistency across the Adobe.com design organization
- Develop clear documentation, playbooks, and guidelines for internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with design leadership to manage workload, streamline processes, and foster a strong team culture
- Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders, translating ambiguity into actionable plans and proactively surfacing risks and updates to executive partners
- Delegate execution support to contractors, with a focus on systems-building
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of applicable experience in a design and technology environment, preferably working on marketing sites
- Demonstrated delivery of large-scale programs and projects
- Passion for user experience and design with an understanding of design process
- Strong systems thinking and analytical skills to establish and configure design programs, tools, and processes
- Ability to present complex processes to stakeholders, roll them out to cross-functional partners, and encourage alignment across functions and departments
- Consistently focuses themselves and the team on the highest-impact activities to foster growth, collaboration, culture, and positive business outcomes
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Exceptionally organized and diligent; skilled at navigating ambiguity to bring clarity and structure across multiple initiatives
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and build alignment among diverse partners

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,300 -- $228,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
