Experience Designer, GenAI
The opportunity
Are you enthusiastic about revolutionizing the way users build, edit, manipulate, sign, and share documents using AI/ML technologies? Adobe Design, our nearly 300-person product design group, is looking for an Experience Designer to join our Document Cloud team.
What you'll do
- Approach problems holistically. Work with product design leaders to help define how creatives work. This includes gathering user requirements, generating design options and presenting those options to design and product stakeholders at various stages in the process.
- Be nimble. You will be working to model problems with customer journey maps, while simultaneously designing and iterating against those needs and behaviors. Velocity and iteration are core to your being.
- Be flexible. Be ready to work on projects across various platforms of mobile (android+ios), web & desktop.
- Be a story teller. Have a strong point of view & be able to articulate & communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders. Bring in your style of presenting with awesome story telling.
- Imbue empathy. Uncover opportunities to decrease friction and enable new pathways by talking to and listening to users about their frustrations and goals.
- Drive results. As a designer with experience, you will work closely with product leadership, cross-functional leads, and manage design to meet/exceed expectations.
- Collaborate like mad. Identify synergies and opportunities for optimized end-to-end experiences across workflows, channels, devices, and segments. Partner with the teams across geos to drive product experiences.
- Drive designs from concept to launch. In addition to design skills, you also have some development know-how to help you implement your designs. You are confident steering a project from the earliest ideation phases all the way through final delivery.
What you need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in product design with a proven track record of phenomenal designs and strategy that meets user needs, product requirements & business objectives.
