Director of Design, GenStudio

The opportunity

Do you want to help define how Marketing and Creative workflows come together with Generative AI for Adobe? Adobe is looking for a Director of Design to join the team and drive the definition and expansion of GenStudio. You will lead a group of passionate and hardworking Experience Designers to define and develop new GenAI powered marketing workflows. Through design, you will bring together powerful capabilities from across Adobe into great end to end experiences for the simplest user and use cases through to supporting studios, creative and marketing professionals in multifaceted campaign delivery.

Working closely with Product and Engineering executives, you will provide strategic design direction and feedback to the design and engineering teams to uplevel craft, and find resolutions to ambiguous problem spaces. You will tremendously impact the future of collaboration and virality, while helping to define new opportunities to expand the reach of our tools. From the smallest detail, to big-picture concepts, to long-term strategy, our work is put to the test by millions of creative and marketing users across a variety of fields and experience levels every single day.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $156,200 -- $315,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
