Sr Designer, Cross GenStudio Visual Design

The opportunity

Are you passionate about defining delightful interactions and exceptional visual design? The GenStudio design team seeks a Senior Designer to help us harness the power of creation, marketing, and analytics tools through developing new GenAI powered marketing workflows. As an integral member of this team, you will push the boundaries of what’s possible today while keeping a keen focus on enterprise customers, our strategic business priorities, and the changing landscape of GenAI driven marketing.

In this role, you will

In this highly collaborative role, you’ll drive the visual and motion design of the core features of Gen Studio including home, create, campaigns, content, insights, Brands as well as the push the other Generative AI experience at Adobe. You’ll be an integral part of setting a new standard for visual design for Adobe as well as the Gen AI industry as a whole.

On a fast-moving team, you’ll drive forward through rapid explorations, feedback, and iterations focused on product goals. Your strong visual and verbal communication skills and capacity to remain user and outcome focused are paramount in helping you influence and persuade.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 -- $214,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
