We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise and Team Collaboration to:
Lead the evolution of Adobe Express for team collaboration and enterprise users. Drive ground-breaking design initiatives for seamless workflows and scalability. Enhance interoperability with Creative Cloud, including controlled reuse, advancing co-editing, collaboration, approval workflows, and sharing capabilities.
What you’ll do
- Design for Scale: Drive the creation of solutions that are simple and intuitive for small teams, yet robust enough to meet the complex needs of large organizations.
- Grow and Lead a Design Team: Cultivate a user-centric design practice, encouraging a confident and visionary team with clear long-term and short-term objectives.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product and engineering teams to explore opportunities for innovation and future technology.
- Elevate Design Strategy: Build a collaborative, high-impact environment, ensuring alignment across a complex product space and delivering cohesive workflows
- Champion High-Impact Projects: Jump into key workstreams, driving strategy and execution for transformative initiatives.
- Drive Design Process: Collaborate closely with program management to implement a robust design process across the team.
- Executive Advocacy: Represent your team and their work to Adobe executives, ensuring alignment with overarching company goals.
- Coach and Mentor Designers: Attract, retain, and develop exceptional design talent, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,100 -- $256,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
