The Adobe Digital Video & Audio team is looking for an Sr Experience Designer to help rethink mobile editing and creation!

What you’ll be working on

You will help develop experiences to support a new canvas for creativity. You will be developing experiences from the ground up as we expand our ecosystem to the web for creative professionals across the globe. You’ll be building tools that support some of the world’s best filmmakers, editors, directors, and producers make their best work.

Your ability to navigate ambiguity and to lead early strategy through concrete execution is key. You’ll convey design vision and strategy through compelling stories — via sketches, storyboards, hi-fidelity mockups, and/or prototypes — and lead, coach, and collaborate with other designers on the team as they work with you to deliver on this vision. We are looking for someone who shares a passion for video tools and rigorous attention to design detail. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,700 -- $265,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
