Experience Design Manager

What you’ll do
- Be a hands-on design manager, growing and mentoring a team while setting high standards for design quality.
- Lead UX strategy and execution for enterprise-focused products, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, product, engineering, and other collaborators.
- Champion design in cross-functional teams, advocating for user needs, driving alignment, and making a persuasive case for design decisions.
- Guide projects through full product development cycles, from discovery through execution, ensuring a cohesive and user-centered approach to complex workflows.
- Set up and refine UX processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and impact within a corporate setting.
- Collaborate with partners at Experience Cloud and Adobe Design to develop comprehensive, scalable enterprise experiences.
- Lead discussions at leadership levels, representing the design team and ensuring UX is an important part in business decisions.
- Ensure research and experimentation are embedded in the design process, bringing to bear data to drive key UX and business outcomes.
- Drive adoption of user experience standard methodologies, ensuring timely and impactful product releases.
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, specifically within enterprise environments, with a proven track record of delivering impactful designs.
- 2+ years of experience in UX leadership and people management, with a strong focus on leading teams in a corporate setting.
- Experience crafting for AI-powered experiences.
- Strong UX expertise—not just a generalist designer but someone who deeply understands UX principles, enterprise workflows, and how to scale user experiences across complex systems
- Outstanding communication and persuasion skills—to be comfortable defending design decisions, influencing collaborators, and presenting at leadership levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, ensuring UX is a key part of the decision-making process.
- Ability to define and implement UX processes that improve collaboration, efficiency, and design impact.
- A passion for advocating for design at the executive level, ensuring UX plays a central role in product strategy.
- Experience integrating research and experimentation into design workflows, making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to handle complexity—comfortable working with large-scale systems and crafting for long-term product vision.
