What you’ll do
- Leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring the final output is of the highest quality
- Developing and maintaining design systems and components that streamline our design efforts
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to successfully implement design solutions
- Conducting user research and testing to determine the best design approaches
- Mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback to foster their growth
- Keeping current with industry trends and standard methodologies to ensure our designs stay competitive and innovative
What you need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Designer or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design systems and components
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativit
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $95,100 -- $194,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
