We’re seeking a visionary Sr. Staff UX Designer to help craft the future of Adobe’s Monetization Platform—the engine that powers all commerce transactions across the business. Our mission is to empower customers to make confident, informed decisions through smooth, intuitive, and best-in-class commerce experiences. From acquisition to retention, your work will span the full customer lifecycle, influencing high-impact experiences across web and mobile.
This role is for a designer who’s as comfortable crafting elegant UI as they are driving long-term strategy. You’ll lead initiatives that push the boundaries of what’s possible, harnessing GenAI, advanced design systems, and deep collaboration with product and engineering to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
What you’ll do
- Design for scale and impact - Architect foundational monetization experiences that support billions in revenue—from paywalls and checkout flows to upgrade paths and retention strategies.
- Lead with vision - Define and drive the future of commerce design at Adobe, grounded in user insights, business goals, and emerging technologies.
- Craft seamless journeys - Ensure consistency and clarity across surfaces and touchpoints, designing experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and frictionless.
- Prototype and validate - Rapidly explore ideas through prototyping and experimentation, using data and feedback to iterate and refine.
- Collaborate and influence - Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to align on strategy and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor and grow - Share your expertise with the team, helping to elevate design craft and foster a culture of curiosity, excellence, and impact.
What we're looking for
- A strategic designer with a strong product sense and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Deep experience in interaction and visual design, with a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful systems thinking and elegant execution.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across diverse stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit and a bias toward action—someone who leads by doing and inspires through craft.
- Experience with monetization, commerce, or enterprise platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and their potential to transform design workflows is a bonus.
Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
- Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $157,300 -- $292,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
