We’re seeking a Mobile Design Lead to help mold the future of Adobe Express on mobile. This is a role for a design leader who can drive vision, transform complex problems into simple, intuitive mobile experiences, and build positive relationships across design, product, and engineering to deliver business-aligned outcomes.

What you'll do
- Lead. Champion mobile-first thinking, mentor designers, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strategize. Define and advocate for a mobile strategy that supports user needs and business objectives.
- Simplify. Translate complex workflows and constraints into intuitive, cohesive mobile experiences.
- Collaborate. Work closely with product and engineering partners to build modern, scalable mobile design solutions.
What you need to succeed
- Related degree or 6+ years for EUXDP50 or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or Figma.
- Comfort mentoring, encouraging an inclusive and empowering environment for other designers to do innovative and impactful work.
- Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in written form.
- Confidence in communicating work at all levels of the organization
Preferred Design Accessibility Skills:
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
- Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,700 -- $265,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
