Sr Experience Designer, Ecosystem & Collaboration

The opportunity

The Ecosystem and Collaboration team at Adobe is changing the future of how creative work gets done by helping millions of users manage and collaborate on their work, discover new creative workflows, and get the most out of all of their apps and services.

We are looking for a Senior Designer with strong interaction design skills, excellent aesthetic judgment, and an ability to systematically work through complexity.

In this role, you’ll help define and evolve the personalized experiences for Creative Cloud users on both our Web and Desktop experiences, collaborating with other designers and partnering with product management, research, and engineering. You will be a primary driver who will ensure we continue to innovate and hold the bar high in our product experiences, as we create solutions that scale to the millions of users who rely on Adobe products every single day to create the future.

Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
