Staff Product Designer, Monetization Platform

The opportunity

Monetization is one of the most critical and visible experiences at Adobe. It’s where value is communicated, trust is earned, and business impact is realized.

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer with exceptional visual craft and product taste to modernize and elevate Adobe’s Monetization Platform — the engine powering commerce experiences across Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

This is not a maintenance role. It’s a transformation role.

You will redefine how customers experience pricing, packaging, checkout, upgrades, and retention — shaping high-impact journeys used by millions worldwide. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, elevate the visual language of commerce, and set a new quality bar for B2C and B2B monetization experiences.

We’re looking for a designer who cares deeply about typography, motion, layout, visual hierarchy, and polish across web and mobile — someone who believes monetization can feel premium, intelligent, and effortless.
