Content Designer
The opportunity
Adobe Design is seeking a Content Designer to join our Document Cloud Content Design team and help deliver high-quality, on-brand visual assets for Document Cloud across web, desktop, and mobile. You’ll partner closely with the Global DC design teams, product, brand, engineering, marketing, and vendor teams to deliver cohesive, on‑brand visuals— from cards and banners to onboarding tours, coach marks, and curated thumbnails—ensuring continuity across product “homes” and platforms as they converge into unified experiences. This role is key to maintaining consistency, accessibility, and craft across all Document Cloud surfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research to determine user needs and behaviors.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity builds that ensure a seamless user experience.
- Work closely with senior visual designers, motion designers, content designers, product partners, engineers, and localisation partners to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Ability to follow and contribute to a scalable visual language and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Export and optimise visuals (e.g., SVG, PNG, GIF), resolving technical challenges and ensuring smooth handoff to engineering.
- Manage personal workload to design and deliver high-quality assets within a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Ensure all visual assets meet accessibility standards and perform well across devices and platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest visual styles and proactively recommend updates to improve the Document Cloud visual design system.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 4 years in visual or UX design, with a strong portfolio and a proven record of creating intuitive and impactful digital products.
- Proficiency in tools used to build visuals such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
- Ability to follow and contribute to a scalable visual language and maintainconsistency across platforms.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience exporting and optimising visuals cross platform; understanding of file formats and technical constraints.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
