Sr Staff Designer, Frame.io

The opportunity

Frame.io, an Adobe Company, is changing the future of how creative work gets done by helping over 1 million creative professionals seamlessly collaborate from all over the world. We have built a product creatives recognize and love through constant innovation and incredible attention to detail.

We're looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer to serve as a design leader and visionary for Frame.io's product experience. Creative workflows and tools are rapidly evolving with the advent of generative AI and new technologies like Frame.io's Camera to Cloud. You'll operate at one of the highest levels of individual contribution—working across the entire product to tackle our most critical and complex challenges, shape product strategy, and define experiences that will influence the future of creative collaboration. You'll partner with executive leadership at both Frame.io and Adobe, set the quality bar for the design organization, and serve as a design authority whose work and perspective shapes how millions of creatives work.

This is a role for an exceptional designer who operates at the intersection of craft mastery, strategic vision, and leadership. You'll be equally comfortable presenting product vision to Adobe executives, prototyping breakthrough interaction patterns, and mentoring designers across the organization. You should possess world-class design skills, a track record of defining category-leading products, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. Your work will define Frame.io's future and inspire the entire design team.
