We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of creative collaboration at a pivotal moment. Creative workflows and tools are rapidly evolving with the advent of generative AI and new technologies like Frame.io’s Camera to Cloud. You'll be at the forefront of this transformation—defining unique experiences and pioneering new patterns that shape how millions of creatives work. You'll tackle some of our most complex and ambiguous product challenges, set the bar for craft excellence, and work as a strategic thought partner to product and engineering leadership in this exciting, fast-paced space.

This is a role for an accomplished designer who combines strategic product thinking with exceptional craft. You'll be equally comfortable defining long-term product vision, diving deep into interaction details, and mentoring other designers to elevate their work. You should possess mastery-level design skills, a track record of shipping high-impact products, and an unwavering commitment to elegance and quality. Your work will inspire the team and delight millions of users worldwide.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $274,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
