UX Research Coordinator | Contractor

The opportunity

We are looking for someone eager to build a UX research career in our new evaluative usability testing program. Test concepts and designs to assess how effectively our products meet users’ needs, capturing critical information that will shape future product decisions. In addition to quick-turnaround usability studies, our team of evaluative researchers will craft and own a new usability benchmarking program formed to optimize user experiences with new technologies

What you’ll do

• Collaborate to create outstanding test plans for both moderated and un-moderated studies, including tasks and survey questions.
• Work alongside research leads to source participants, guide interview sessions, analyze results, and deliver impactful findings.
• Implement usability benchmark studies across products.

What you need to succeed

• At least two years of practical experience in user experience research or usability testing
• Skilled in remote research methods – including moderated and unmoderated studies
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate studies, including tools and participants
• Strong oral and written communication skills Outstanding work ethic and excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to run meetings across international time zones, and flexibility in work hours to accommodate
