What you’ll do
- Conduct comprehensive user research to uncover insights about creative needs and behaviors.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the design and development of world-class user experiences.
- Analyze and interpret research data to inform design decisions and product strategies.
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that encourage and guide the design process.
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the design and development process, ensuring their needs are met flawlessly.
What you need to succeed
- Degree or equivalent experience in user research, design, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience.
- Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with collaborators.
- Ambitious and proactive approach with a passion for crafting outstanding user experiences.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $139,000 -- $260,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
