We are seeking a strategic, empathetic, and forward-thinking Senior UX Researcher for our team. In this role, you’ll help us understand everything that connects Frame.io’s category-defining product to the broader workflows creative professionals worldwide carry out on a regular basis. Reporting directly to the Head of User Insights, we'll collaborate to grow the team and shape how insights impact strategy and product development at Frame.io. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design to ensure our product and roadmap align with customer priorities. Your practical insights and visionary thinking will clarify goals, highlight opportunities, and support Frame.io in delivering outstanding experiences that change how creative collaboration happens.
What you’ll do
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers by crafting and leading mixed methods research.
- Promote the voice of the customer across the organization. Your research and leadership will guide us in delivering meaningful, informed customer experiences aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate ambiguous and emerging use cases and product areas to define and prioritize research needs.
- Collaborate with leads and product teams to proactively plan roadmaps.
- Simplify complex findings into clear, persuasive stories and actionable insights that influence immediate actions and long-term product vision.
- Improve mixed-methods research practices, setting new standards for how insights drive the creation of world-class creative tools.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Degree or equivalent experience in user research, design, or a related field is with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in UX Research for digital products, applying a wide variety of research methods across the product development cycle.
- Skilled presenter and persuasive communicator who quickly builds trust and rapport with collaborators at every level.
- Ability to convert complex data into practical insights that support teams in achieving business objectives.
- Strong organizational skills & ability to manage multiple projects at various stages in the research cycle.
- Passion for AI and continuous exploration of emerging tools to stay at the forefront of industry practices.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 -- $229,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
