Staff Quantitative UX Researcher, Frame.io

We are seeking a strategic, empathetic, and forward-thinking Quantitative UX Researcher for our team. Our ideal candidate is able to systematically measure, identify, and prioritize product quality needs across Frame.io to help our teams build and measure a highly accessible and exceptionally usable product. Reporting directly to the Head of User Insights, we'll collaborate to grow the team and change how insights impact strategy and product development at Frame.io. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design to clarify goals, highlight opportunities, and support Frame.io in delivering outstanding experiences that change how creative collaboration happens.
What you’ll do
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers by crafting and leading mixed methods research.
- Promote the voice of the customer across the organization. Partner with cross-functional leadership to roadmap and delivering meaningful, measured, and informed customer experiences that result in business impact.
- Simplify complex findings into clear, persuasive stories and actionable insights that influence immediate actions and long-term product vision.
- Develop quantitative research practices for Frame.io, setting new standards for how integrated insights drive the creation of world-class creative tools.
- Pioneers the integration of AI into core research workflows, challenging legacy approaches and measurably reducing time-to-insight and scaling the team's impact across the organization.
- Establish process for releasing experiences that achieve high quality standards, establish and test measures for product quality evaluations.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 7 years of practical experience in UX Research for digital products, applying a wide variety of research methods across the product development cycle.
- Skilled presenter and persuasive communicator who quickly builds trust and rapport with collaborators at every level.
- Comfortable performing a variety of quantitative research and statistical methods.
- Ability to go beyond data and translate to practical insights about user behavior.
- Strong organizational skills & ability to manage multiple projects at various stages in the research cycle.
- Passion for AI and continuous exploration of emerging tools to stay at the forefront of industry practices.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $139,700 -- $265,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
