Adobe is adding a senior designer who will be responsible for core account and identity experiences that over a billion Adobe customers will experience.

Account creation and management affect a wide array of Adobe products and services, including Creative Cloud products for creatives and Experience Cloud products for marketers. Creating a simpler experience within this complex ecosystem requires a deep understanding of the users and the business problems. By gathering customer support data, behavioral analytics and qualitative consumer insights you will develop features and initiatives that have a direct impact on our business and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategy, interaction design, visual design, research, and presentation skills.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Planning: Identify user needs through insights, effectively develop and present concepts, continuously refine and improve on solutions.
  • UX & Visual Design: Construct beautiful and functional interface designs for a range of platforms including web, mobile, tablet and desktop, detail interactions, animations, and develop prototypes.
  • Collaborate: Regularly engage with work partners and business stakeholders, gather inputs and socialize your work, present concepts broadly at all levels of the organization.
  • Test and Analyze Feedback: Define research and test plans, produce secondary desk research, gather insights directly from users, participate in peer design critiques, give and take feedback effectively.


  • 5+ years experience working in product design, including UX and visual design
  • Familiar with responsive web and mobile design best practices
  • Ability to handle ambiguous or open-ended design projects
  • Experience developing a research and test plan and translating the results into design solutions
  • Experience writing user stories and developing feature requirements
  • Able to work directly and collaboratively with Product Management and Engineering
  • Present work at all levels of the organization
