Are you looking to drive design, brand and voice across hundreds of designers and a large product portfolio? We’re seeking a Program Manager to join the Adobe Design team. This is a chance to be part of a creative organization focused on delivering Adobe’s brand and experience across all Adobe products.

What you’ll be working on

  • Driving brand design process and communication with a complex set of partners and clients
  • Handling brand asset delivery requests and schedules across all of Adobe
  • Developing modern asset delivery processes, working with design, product and engineering teams to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Driving development of content strategy guidelines and growing the reach of Adobe’s content strategy team
  • Partnering with a large team of Design Program Managers to keep Adobe Design running smoothly

What you’ll bring to the team

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Real passion for user experience and design.
  • An understanding of design process.
  • Ability to create timelines and schedules, as well as manage project scope.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Able to drive multiple projects with various dependencies.
  • Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Demonstrated delivery of large-scale brand design projects.
  • Experience developing process for content strategists.
