This position would specialize in designing productivity tools for large organizations to make the most out of the Adobe Stock creative marketplace.

What you’ll be working on

  • Work closely with senior designers and leadership to bring multiple ideas to life with fast turnarounds and pixel perfection
  • Design and iterate side by side with multiple different engineering teams and other product teams to take advantage of the latest Adobe technology
  • Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts while using and extending a design system
  • Optimize new and existing features by evaluating performance metrics and/or user research
  • Pair strong communication skills with data-centered thinking in order work with a team to achieve measurable results.
  • Participate in initiatives with multiple partners, including product managers, a team of content managers, engineers, product marketing managers, and other designers to bring concepts to reality at every stage of development
  • Convey design ideas via sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations
  • Participate in all stages of your projects, from beginning to implementation and all the tiny details of design QA during development
  • Present design ideas to multiple stakeholders and clearly articulate rationale, logic and research as supporting evidence for well thought through design decisions
  • Plan, execute and moderate user testing research sessions and implement design feedback
  • Support development teams throughout the implementation cycle
  • Participate in peer design critiques to give and receive feedback

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 2-5 years experience designing interfaces for software, apps or the web
  • Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and other design tools such as Keynote or Sketch
  • College/University degree or applicable experience in design with an emphasis on graphic design, HCI, or related design field
  • Interest or familiarity with a/b testing, growth design, or experimentation using data analytics
  • Experience working iteratively with an agile engineering team
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team and synthesize feedback and input from multiple partners
  • Passion and excitement for working on an e-commerce product
  • Willingness to travel to the US occasionally
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness and ability to contribute to the creative spirit of the Adobe Design team
