The Adobe Design Operations team is seeking a highly organized intern who can dig in and help us bring about operational process efficiencies and improvements to an ever evolving and growing team. This is a chance for someone with a passion for organization development, human resources, PR and operations to work in a fun, creative organization.

What you’ll be working on

The Intern will partner with other Operational Program Managers on projects of varying complexities, touching all aspects of what it takes to run a successful Design Organization. To succeed in this role basic project management and research/reporting skills are needed. Social media communication skills, or any background in PR are both a plus.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s in Organizational Development, Human Resources, PR or Business
  • Ability to create blogs, wikis or websites
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint + Excel, email, instant messaging
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in or knowledge of design or other creative endeavors such as photography, drawing, technology, etc.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of team
