The Opportunity

Would you like to produce content that will help millions of users ignite their creativity? We’re looking for a program manager to help Adobe Design’s Learn team manage production projects and drive efforts to increase the team’s velocity and reach.

We are a team of program managers that focus on centralized design efforts like design language, designer tooling, brand + icons, content strategy, and more. We create and run processes that help hundreds of designers work together to make the best possible products and services for our customers!

What you’ll do

As the Program Manager, you will act as a content producer and coordinator, tracking deliverables for cross-product initiatives and connect Adobe’s many product design teams with the resources they need to build content for their apps.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with designers, instructors, writers, and strategists to create high-quality content on deadline
  • Manage entire content production process, from intake to deployment
  • Drive coordination efforts with agency partners on the delivery, revision, and approval of content deliverables
  • Connect other teams within Adobe Design to internal and external production teams and content resources
  • Build relationships across other content teams at Adobe in order to find opportunities for teamwork, and developer standards across a wider internal community

What you need to succeed

Must-haves: The right candidate has at least 3 years of production management experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should have:

  • A strong attention to detail, with a keen focus on impact of content quality on customer experience
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing concurrent and complex projects with overlapping timelines
  • The ability to think big-picture about content systems and scale
  • A history of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done

Nice-to-haves:

  • Background in learning design, learning technology, or product onboarding content
  • Experience using CMS of any type for site management
  • Experience hiring and managing vendors and freelancers
