The opportunity

The Adobe Spark content team is looking for a senior UX content strategist.

Adobe Spark empowers anyone to express themselves by starting from inspiring content and guiding them to confidently create. You will directly support the product and marketing teams that build the fastest, easiest and fun tool from Adobe.

What you’ll be working on

Adobe Spark is at a pivotal point; we are reaching millions of global communicators with an all-in-one design tool that enables anyone to stand out.

  • You will own content strategy and direction for the Spark voice and play a connective role between product leaders and marketers.
  • You will lead multiple writing projects, contractors and develop consistent language across SEO landing pages, the blog and product.
  • You’ll write for clarity, consistency, and quality across Adobe Spark product experiences — from web to mobile.
  • You’ll develop copy across user journeys and standardize on how Adobe Spark uses language to attract, convert and retain creators.
  • You’ll create contextual language that preforms and adopt a data driven approach that illuminates the connections between words and user outcomes.

What you’ll bring to the team

As the key owner of content strategy and copy within the experience you’ll be a citizen of two worlds: a subject matter expert of all things Adobe Spark, and a practitioner for the balance of clear, clever, and playful messaging and terminology. Your dual nature will make you the perfect ambassador between our centralized content strategy practice, and Adobe Spark, a simple all-in-one-app that empowers creative expression.


  • A creator of content strategies, frameworks, and service models; that are backed by short and long-form copy that deliver on strategy
  • Experience leading content efforts on a team within a large, diverse organization
  • An ability to write responsive copy that varies to the context of the experience
  • The ability to prioritize multiple projects with diverse stakeholders
  • Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to present and sell your ideas, create coalition, and build support
  • Demonstrated ability and 5+ years in information architecture, content strategy, and/or UX writing
  • Experience crafting and governing content standards, terminology, and UX writing efforts at a software company


  • Experience with, and a point of view on, content tooling and social media with a strong passion for the creative potential in everyone
