The opportunity

Adobe Design is looking for an Experience Developer Intern to work with a team of distributed engineers, designers, and product managers to rapidly build and iterate on web-based prototypes.

What you’ll do

On the Prototyping team, you will collaborate with skilled product and UX designers across the company to make polished web-based prototypes and applications. We work in a fast paced, cutting edge, and fun environment to quickly iterate on products that increase our customers’ productivity and amplify their creativity. Our team’s prototypes have helped turn ideas into exciting new features and products that people all over the world use every day!

What you need to succeed

Must-haves

  • HTML, CSS, and client-side JavaScript.
  • Understanding of browser performance constraints.
  • Client-side frameworks and build tools (React/Vue/Lit, Less/Sass, Webpack, etc.).
  • Responsive web design and implementation.
  • REST APIs.
  • Git.
  • Understands Web Security.
  • Experience working with relational databases and SQL, and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Services, and/or Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Mobile App Development experience
  • Integration with Content Management Systems.
  • Python, Java, and/or other server-side technologies.
  • Comfort with Agile development methodologies.
